Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between Velorum AI ("we", "us") and the business that creates a Relaystrike workspace ("you"). By creating an account or using Relaystrike, you accept them on behalf of that business and confirm you are allowed to.

Relaystrike is built for business use. It is not offered to consumers.

2. The service

Relaystrike helps sales teams research prospects, write and check personalised outreach with AI, and send it by email and LinkedIn through accounts you connect. We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we remove something you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

3. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your workspace.
• Workspace owners decide who joins and what role they have.
• Tell us at taku@velorum-ai.com straight away if you think your account has been misused.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for your outreach and for following the laws that apply to it, including the GDPR, the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG), CAN-SPAM, and the rules of the email and LinkedIn accounts you connect. In particular you must not:

• contact people where you have no lawful basis to do so, or keep contacting someone who has opted out;
• send spam, deceptive or misleading messages, or impersonate anyone;
• upload data you have no right to use, or anything unlawful, harmful or infringing;
• try to break, overload, probe or get around the security or limits of Relaystrike, or reach another workspace's data;
• resell or copy the service, or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts the service or other customers at risk. We will tell you why unless the law or a security reason prevents it.

5. Your data

You own your workspace content and the contact data you bring. You give us the rights we need to host and process it to run Relaystrike for you, and nothing more.

For personal data of the people you contact, you are the controller and we are your processor. We process it only on your instructions and as described in our Privacy Policy. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is available on request at taku@velorum-ai.com.

You can export your data while your account is active. After a workspace is closed we delete it as set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI output

Research summaries, drafts and quality scores are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Review what is sent in your name; you are responsible for the messages you approve or allow Relaystrike to send. You own the output created for your workspace.

7. Connected services

Relaystrike works with services you connect, such as your mailbox and LinkedIn automation provider. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for actions they take on your accounts, such as limits or suspensions.

8. Fees and usage limits

Each workspace has usage limits, including a daily AI budget, to keep the service fair and costs predictable. Any paid plan, its price and billing terms will be shown before you agree to it. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

9. Our property

Relaystrike, its software, design and brand belong to Velorum AI. These terms give you the right to use the service while your account is active; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

10. Availability and warranty

We work to keep Relaystrike available and secure, but we provide it "as is" and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that outreach will produce any particular result. We may pause the service for maintenance, announced where possible.

11. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and where we have given a guarantee.

For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation (one the agreement depends on and you may rely on), and then only for typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability for slight negligence is excluded.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or 100 euros if you used Relaystrike free of charge.

You will compensate us for claims by third parties arising from your outreach or your content breaking the law or these terms.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Relaystrike and close your workspace at any time. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (data, liability, governing law) survive the end of the agreement.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email account owners at least 30 days before a change that affects you. If you keep using Relaystrike after the change takes effect, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your workspace before then.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Berlin, Germany have exclusive jurisdiction, where the law allows. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
